DIAMM publications honoured in AMS Palisca Award

DIAMM publications congratulates Magnus Williamson on his Palisca Prize.

Magnus Williamson has been awarded the 2011 Claude V. Palisca Award of the American Musicological Society for the DIAMM publications facsimile of the Eton Choirbook, whose introduction he authored. The Palisca Award is for editions or translations and this is the second time a DIAMM publications facsimile has won, since DIAMM provided the photography for Margaret Bent’s study of Bologna Q15, which won the prize in 2009.
